I've bought this stock recently and last night I went online to update my banking details, so that I receive div straight to my bank a/c.
Low and behold most of the details have to be updated via snail mail as you have to fill in a form and sign it.
The only details I was able to change was to receive email notifications.
I have held dozens of stocks over the years and this is the first time in about 20 years I've not been able update my banking details online.
For a new company in the technology sector very disappointed.
PLS still uses Snail Mail
