More an issue of whether it adds significant value. Re synergy PLS have demonstrated competence to deliver. Some additional savings by getting rid of vanity CXO Perth headquarters and not wasting money on board of useless directors and perhaps some stripping back of management. Also expands PLS geographic footprint in Australia (so no uncertainty dealing with overseas jurisdictions) which also addresses synergy issue.
