I wonder how the talks with WC8 management went down with PLS. They have obviously gone on a bargain hunt at the bottom of the market and come up with this deal. No way they would have preferred the Brazil asset over what is a satellite deposit to their operation.
I would not be using this purchase price as an evaluation of lithium assets. This may be the bargain buy of the cycle. PLS might have just called the bottom.
