Absolutely, and among these points, my very own opinion the best deal is the ability to keep PLS independently owning the raw resources via a spread top 20 shareholders. Which makes the T/O bid much harder to get all these parties happy.
And in our registry, there is GFL, GW and CATL who have strong direct interest into our products, eying the future expansion.So in my very honest opinion, this thread needs to be obsoleted, we are discussing something with very low possibility.
