.......not able if you put a sell order on your shares then they are removed from the available shorting shares as they are to be guaranteed for short delivery as part of a transfer contract..
So...if every PLS holder puts a sell order on their shares, at a price where they probably won't sell quickly (just to be safe), then would that mean none would get shorted?
