IMO the allegations that management are moving slowly is completely unfounded and despite what many here will claim, it is apparent that the constant denigration of management and the BoD is potentially having an impact on the SP. The constant negativity directed towards management - both past and present at times is bordering on defamation - bit just as importantly is feeding the drop in share price as those holding the deep buckets of money are revelling in the fact that there is such a negative sentiment around this stock at the moment. They have the capacity to push the price down to scare holders out of their holding and pick up shares at a reduced price. It is basic psychology and the herd mentality comes into play. Anyone entering the market in any stock should have an entry and exit point determined before they make a decision to enter IMO.

Claiming that management are not performing when the permits are delayed is unfounded and simply demonstrates a very limited understanding of the complexity of the processes involved and secondly a complete lack of realisation that the awarding of the permits is not actually the responsibility of management, nor the BoD, but a government department that has to assess the application and apply the legislative provisions that govern the approval f these permits. It is very unusual for an application to go through without being requisitioned for further and better particulars - this is the reality and welcome to dealing with government departments. There is nothing that management or anyone can do to expedite the process.

Yes, the estimated dates for the announcements have passed and there has been no indication from management as to why, but the reality is that these were estimated dates - I haven't seen a contract between management and shareholders holding them to the dates that were estimated. Slippage is a normal part of project management and you will find that the reality is that there is scope built into the project plan to accommodate for the slippage that is expected. It is not as though management have been sitting on the balcony watching the computer screen as the share price continues to plummet.

The matter before the Warden's Court yesterday has no impact on the permits being issued and anyone claiming this is the case lacks an understanding of the process involved. As was pointed out yesterday, the tenements that the objections relate to are completely separate to the tenements that the permit relates to. Again a normal part of the process for these projects.
