I have just taken a top 20 position ...simply on the basis that I accept that the product is in the ground, it can be mined economically and competitively , there is good managment in place, a major shareholder is in the industry and has a street smart CEO, there is a world wide momentum trend to battery production that cannot be turned around quickly (if at all), the mining licence approval will happen in due course, the finance is tied to this approval, the share price is right, and above all the balance of probabilities based on the above tells me this is a good investment at the spec end of the market.
