Friendly neighbour trying to get a hold of neighbours assets via a deal to bankrupt said neighbour, get their assets on cheap. Leaving many contractors/Investors in financial difficulties or straight up bankrupt.
Aren't those the same rules and manipulation Chinese are breaking, according to you?
