Projects like in below links would connect the East Coast grid to Asia. The answer to Asia’s coal addiction. We go from supplying them coal energy to solar and wind energy.
If the Territory project goes ahead, it is then only another shortish transmission line (661km by road) to connect into Tenant Creek project.
East coast grid to Asia. Exciting stuff. Unfortunately I’m a bit old in the tooth and won’t get to work on it but I’m a power nerd so maybe others don’t share my enthusiasm. Oh, and they will need lots of batteries.
