The Wodgina deal re-started the sector interest, in my view. Essentially, Albemarle are paying $1.6bA for 50%, of an undeveloped site/project, however from those proceeds MinRes have to fund what is equivalent to a PLS Stage II plant- so perhaps $500mA??. However, bear in mind, they will own 50%. So, the deal at Wodgina perhaps equated to a value of say $1.35b for 50% of an undeveloped project or $2.7b for 100%.

My only regret is I don't have funds to top up at this price. I have been topping up with average of forty cents, the sh is still a bargain when you consdider the upside of PLS. I might sell some of my holdings that are not moving to release funds . Good luck to all.
