Some numbers for thought, happy to be corrected, with any numbers not right,


KDR have approx 3,505 kt LCE resources (as they own 50% of their resource with SQM), PLS have approx 7,098 kt LCE resources, 100% owned.

PLS have a stage 1 Mine already built and ramping up, currently now about 87% through rampup of design with only another 13% to improve shortly.

PLS has 100% offtakes for stage 1, 100% future stage 2 expansion and part of stage 3 already, with quality offtake partners.


The WES initial offer at $1.90 per share for KDR would value KDR at approx 769 Million for their 3,505 kt LCE => PLS value based on resources alone = 1,557 Million, adding approx $150 Million for the stage 1 mine built = 1,707 Million.

Valuing PLS at approx 40% higher than PLS is today, just based on the resource size, mine status and WES initial offer for KDR.

When a PLS offer comes in, PLS share price has a potential to quickly jump, just like KDR today.

Today has been a big wakeup call to all how undervalued the Aus Li resource companies are valued currently.

Both PLS and KDR have great futures, this is just the beginning.
