    See post below posted on another plt thread. Is the statement by malmanu correct. dont have much time to do any in depth research as travelling on holidays at the moment.
    while the merger in theory sounds good, Fer trials must continue and Sydney Breast Clinic has to be kept running so how long will the $7 mil last as i dont know the reasons as yet why plt needs access to cash as their product is already on sale from what i read.
    So is the plan to stall the fer product for the time being until plt starts making profit. Too many unknowns, too little information.

    zvinimb1 i fully support your informative posts and you should be critical of PLT , they have made a lot of promises over the years , raised almost $100m dollars for what , a product they still havent sold enough of to be a going concern. But what do they do they complicate the issue by taking over a company that they nothing about but because it had $7m in cash. The merger will create a company with over 500m shares and give it a market cap around the $70m mark depending on the SPP. lets hope the revenue shows up soon.
