Just got home from a long flight from Perth and a bit tired. That being said I am still able to do the math.
$1bn is 'addressable mkt size'...20% of 'addressable mkt size'= $200m (yes but this would be optimistic to say the least...but let's go with this) dividing by 260m (I assume this is the paper on issue) is a bit aggressive as this is revenue and not NPAT.
Let's go with $200m X 40% EBIT margin X tax affected @ 30% = $56m...divided by 260 = $0.21 EPS...not $6.93...but still a great number nevertheless
Maybe the mkt is already pricing her for perfection when one probability weights getting 20% of an addressable mkt...Sonic Healthcare, Labcorp or Quest should be all over PLT!
