Close. As at the last Appendix 3B, outstanding options (all: convertible notes, management & employee) total just over 45 million, mostly expiring February 2010.

However, as pointed out by PLT's announcement late February, this will add approximately $3.5M injected into the cash-flow.

I suspect the current focus on TruScreen and puting the CerviScreen release on the backburner (presumably also waiting for final green lights from TGA) is to do with ensuring no more capital raisings are required (before cashflow positive), so the $3.5M is an important factor IMO.
