I just saw new patent published yesterday (with notice of allowance) and thought it was positive, as seems a key patent that helps further protect/extend IP in US. Polynovo is the assignee, so it is a positive, not a negative.
But I am no IP expert, so I was just putting the link up to alert, in case it was relevant.
