if share price back to below prior RTO price in a short period, that only means two things:

1. COT has done a shit job by getting itself into PLUKKA
2. PLUKKA's model doesnt work, oh no one is interested.

and PKA has done two things really wrong:
1. branding itself as online only luxury jewelry seller, but keeping pay money opening brick motor stores
2. using VOD model as part of online strategy, position itself like cold life insurance seller

at 9c, it still has market cap over 14mil, with committed shop lease, holders wont see cash at bank more than 6.5mil this quarter, that means trading EV of $8mil, with a really non liquid stock, and lack of real news, thats still expensive ...

also the other thing was during RTO process, Ooh two family members seem got quite a bit free shares for "service" ... directly link PKA to other typical chinese business ...
