The recent HP-Autonomy event has shown once again what big thing a new CEO usually does after the new CEO takes over the leadership of a previously poorly managed company.

In the case of Biota, it is unfortunately that the previous CEO, PC, still remain on the Board.
We are still waiting for the new CEO to tell us what has gone wrong in the company and the reason for the sluggish and dropping share price.
If I am not wrong, the new executive has been granted a option to purchase 2% of the Biota company at a share price of around the recent trading share price of BOTA.
The corporate world is full of dishonest and cunny business men.
