Unfortunately there's not a lot to hang your hat on in those announcements. They sound like BD statements released in a poor attempt to spin some desperately needed good news. A lot of companies post this sort of stuff everyday. No mention of how or when it will translate to profit which is what will push the SP up, not relationship forming.
