Plunge day, page-85

We seem to be plumbing new depths today. I'm inclined to the view we may be seeing capitulation by some sellers who have simply grown tired of waiting for the ERR approval and just want out. Given the approvals process has been underway for a protracted period so is presumably is well advanced, and likely the wait will only continue until early 2017 ( hopefully ), there seems little point to sell now at the share price lows. Really would be useful to have a little more informational "substance" as to just where the approval process has progressed to and what matters still need to be addressed. Maybe its confidential, but if its not the a bit of news "leakage" would not be unappreciated by the tired and weary.
