If he kept selling at the same rate, as he has all year, since last updated on 21/10/16 in Ann Rpt, then he would be below 1m & due to Sell Out last shares by end of this week or next week at latest.

That's based on him selling 1m/wk. Are you suggesting he stopped selling for a while or slowed down? I would have thought that getting towards the end, he may have speeded up rather than slowed down, just to get rid of the last of his shares, esp below 1m.

CG may have been a downer for NAGs SP for the last 12 mths but prior to that he was a big supporter of the Co. So he isn't the bad guy, just an investor who is selling down so as to move on to fresh fields presumably. All the best to him.
