Restructure and clean out of the board (50%) who were watching over the corp gov. (or lack thereof).
New exec committee (that have come from outside the business), realistic NPAT finally set and new board members to be announced over the next few months. Come EOFY 15/16 SP will be 2.0 IMO.
I got in at 1.22 and whilst there's been a drop this a mid-term game as opposed to a short game
