Talking about power plants is a waste of time.

When EVs become cheaper and better they will take over.

There are a few Prius taxis about, but there are still a lot of LPG Falcons.
When these wear out, and need to be replaced, an assessment will be made.


As EVs mature, performance will go up and price down.
My Landcruiser has 560k and tiring.
Thinking of replacing with 200 series V8 diesel 220kw650nm.

There isn't an EV that will tow and go off road yet.
But if there is one less than $100k, it's in the market.
