Yep I tend to agree with the timeline as there's too many dinosaurs to convince there's a problem, hence the big stick coming out.

I'd love to see a major transitional change in that 6-8 year frame to get us to where countries like Norway are at now (50%+), but logic keeps telling me that 10-15 years will be closer to the mark for saturation.
