Is not my call, just basing it on FACTS that are out there.

I'm not going to hold your hand & lead you down the rabbit hole.

Once again you cant comprehend what I am saying. I am not against Ev's.

Just the greenie driven save the planet mantra that is being touted as the reason why we ALL have to change to electric tomorrow (if you aren't with us you are against us).

If we have 20% or more of our base load generated by nuclear in Australia (or hydro), not some intermittent, weather dependent tech, supported by battery back up good for 2 minutes at a astronomical costs per Kwh. Which all are under pinned by the slow chugging reliability of coal et al fossil fuels to keep our lights & industry functioning.

When the battery tech improves (10 fold would be nice for Ev's) & charge times down to a fill up & ranges over 1,000km then we are at parity to what we currently have (without the need to build copious amount of charge points) as this only increases the amount of CO2produced.

Whats the magic number for the number of tonnes CO2 you are going to save the planet from by electrifying the Australian fleet.
(which is an impossible short term target -  but I'm hapy to  go with it.)

Surely by now you have a number?

Is that statistically significant as far as impacting world CO2 targets?

Get into the Bureau of Stats for a start plus Reserve Bank data for discussion on these (& other interesting) topics.

Greater minds than mine have been hard at it, working out how to best part you with your money as the electric cars progress.

(I've told you I am invested heavily in the materials for this transition. You need to put your bias aside to be able to make an informed decision.)
