Perhaps they should put a "reserve" amount of charge in ev's Moggs which needs to be manually switched to...ie 15klm before you stop, and while travelling on this reserve amount of charge there's a loud shrill siren going off right beside the dopey drivers skull just to remind them what a dill they are.
