This stock has not closed above 27 cents since June 05, nor has it been above 27 cents.
Today it hit 28 cents on larger than normal volume buying. Mac Bank investment may just have given the company the impetus it needs to get to a fare and reasonable value.
A close above 27 cents should indicate a breakout.
Big buying at open, followed by absorbtion happening now.
