first thing i'd assume at this point is j/v partners haven't obtained the required finance.
otherwise we would have been told by now.
if this is correct (i don't have any first hand knowledge) how will the shareholders re-act..????
much depends on how nido approach the announcement and if they have a backup plan..
should be one hell of a week..
note: this is only a guess on my behalf..
