Have you heard when they are starting to build the airport Terryl? This project is steadily forging ahead and I personally think this one is a real goer. Costs will be fairly high to construct, but because of the nature, ie the location, the resource, the amount of resource, and the lower costs compared to other company's to remove and transport the resource, this one is a no brainer IMHO.
