So for the whole of the Brookian Shale (your ground is at the southern boundary where it meets the highway), the USGS in its resource potential estimates gives input mode value of 10% sweet spots, with a modal potential of 0.04 MMBL oil per well, at a mode 70% rate of success.
Somewhere earlier I posted a link that said "anonymous insiders" thought the sweet spots lay further to the north and well west of the highway.
