1. Accomplish shipping schedule planned so far for 2013 - check (hey, whats a handymax amongst friends anyway).
2. Assemble a strong board and management team with relevant contacts and experience to point the company forward - check.
3. Get about 20 million in the bank to fund exploration and continue ore production - check.
4. Continue with Irvine environmental studies and development but work quietly in the background knowing punters have been burnt on this one in the past - check.
5. Avoid capital raising on market by extracting dollars required to develop the company from the people with the money rather than D&M investors - check.
6. Keep company announcements to a minimum, making sure we under promise and over achieve - check.
7. Watch the SP develop its own momentum and slowly appreciate as investors realise that despite some concerns, the value in this company cannot be denied - check ooops, no cross that one - watch this space...

I think the company is doing ok. If anyone disagrees, then please feel free to post a response advising the forum what YOU would do if you were the CEO of the company and had 20 million in the bank to spend. A brief list ought to do it, including further funding plans to get Irvine started.
