My guess is that NST will be getting the bulk of their money via shares in 2525908 Ontario Inc.
BB said in the announcement that "Upon completion of the transaction the intention is to list 2525908 Ontarion Inc. under a new name on the Toronto Stock Exchange". There would appear to be no need to make this comment unless there are shares involved. It looks like BB's plan is to still have an involvement in Plutonic via shares in this new company - a bit like a foot in both camps - if it is successful then NST will be a beneficiary. Looks like now we will need to wait until Wednesday when announcement is made and Trading Halt lifted.
