Bazboy I think you should read Phantoms post a little more closely , you are making some pretty big assumptions by your interpretation of the announcement.

If someone from the company categorically comes and says there will be no dilution as aresult of this deal then fantastic news - a monumental great deal for sure.

I would expect more likely as part of the deal that Cliffs will get free stock taking their holding up to 19.9% then they can sit back and see how it all plays out free carried, or sell that strategic stake to someone else.

All hypothetical on part of course.
