I stand corrected then.
If that is the case then only the 'values' of the acquired ore and future clean up costs are to be advised.
A DCF should be very positive then if ore is to be extracted and sold in the near future and then rehabilitiation to take place in 30-40 years time.
Maybe the tide is turning?
