    I have to say I agree with AKA. The announcement does not say there will not be a payment (apart from the rehabilitation). It does clearly say it is still to be determined.

    I would guess from what Tony is telling shareholders that, although it is still to be determined, he is confident that the study will determine that no payment is required.
