plv and free speech

I have spoken to Tony from PLV.



He told me that PLV went to court to get the details on a NON-HOLDER who made comments that Brett and the Board are crooks. PLV is aware of who this person is, and that person is in a position to know that what they said was highly defamatory and totally incorrect.



He also told me that PLV is completely open to free speech and has no issues with the regular posters on HC no matter what they have written. PLV does not try to shut down free speech or sue its own shareholders. This is a totally different case to EGO. This is an individual that PLV has worked with in the past who has not got what he wanted from PLV.



Tony says he cannot say anything else pending legal action…. But he did say to say Merry Xmas and hopes 2014 will be a bright year for the Company.
