Hope you are all ok with all this volatilty.

I have another couple of questions for you Tony.
You said earlier that PLV would still perform well in a world with a US recesion. Given that this may happen, what realisticly potential economic climate would it take, for the Irvine project to be shelved.
Also I have read in the press that financing projects will be difficult for many. Whats your take on this from the PLV point of view. In particular for Irvine.
