Anyone making 24K per cent hasn't just bought their stock.
They have been holding stock while it was dropping 24K per cent.(or just a little less)
This is just a little recovery after a long run at many lots of 24K per cent downwards.
Even as an absolute figure, 13.5 is nothing to be pleased about.
