Hi McBombers
I think of your 2 options number 2 is playing out right now for the SP and no one is touching it. I bought more shares once the "binding" agreement with SS&T got signed only to find out that it was an agreement with no deposit from SS&T that could be forfeited so no pain if they walked - which they nastily did. And to boot SS&T had executed it via a BVI company - so you could not chase them. Fair dinkum if I was selling a fish and chip shop I would inisit on a forfeitable deposit from the buyer.
I wont be sucked in like that again till i see photos of that ore sitting in a chinese ship sailing away from cockatoo and the quarterly cashflow from pluton reflecting the money coming in. And I also want to see the WA government confirm lodgement of the 20mil enviro bond whenever that has to happen by. But if TS delivers ore shipped + the bond, that should be the xmas present pluton shareholders want to see announced to the asx. Pretty hard to be a poo-pooer on the story with cash rolling in.
Cheers
