That seems to be the case, meaning you can't sell them online you have to phone your broker. I did and they sold them for me but charged me the online brokerage rate.
sold for $0.002 and made a cool 52 dollars profit...
for many it won't be worth selling, but they should not charge you phone brokerage rates, ask for the online rate.
