They will have no trouble borrowing if they need to, but I don't think they'll need to. We're sailing along now. Australia has the mining industry....same thing we had under Howard and Costello. Nothings changed....just the people taking the credit.
Oh sorry, perhaps the only thing that has changed is that some who previously wouldn't admit that China was our saviour, are now willing to admit that. Not sure why that would be?? You might know why?
