Stupid decision by a weak PM to follow blindly the dictates of the US to recognise and move Australia's embassy in Israel to west Jerusalem . We are a chihuahua in world politics, especially in the Middle East, and we have much to lose and nothing to gain except that we are a craven follower of the erratic US.
Just ask any cattleman exporting cattle to Indonesia or other muslim countries what they think of this decision. This will potentially be worse financially to the live cattle export industry than the banning of live cattle export by the Labor party a few years ago over animal cruelty in Indonesia.
