Almost every pensioner and carer should now be happy and good on them.
It has not been lost on me that it took an economic crisis to give Rudd an excuse to answer his critics via the back door. Tactically brilliant but pathetic that such a serious situation as he described it, has been used to correct their own shortfalls.
