    I hope that was a cut-and-paste job as there's unlikely to be a single reader here who has learned anything new from your post.
    Truth is, the zero tax rate on superannuation pensions should be taxed at a progressive tax rate. The removal of the unused franking credit rebate is clumsy and has many unintended consequences. This is the problem.

    Not all self-funded retirees, me included, hold all their funds in superannuation, just for starters. There are other cohorts of low income individuals with shares paying imputation credits who are adversely affected by this clumsy, ridiculous policy. Shorten and Bowen at "work". Sheeesh.

    They have already had their" oops" moments and had to use bandaids to "fix" some of these inadvertent negative outcomes. Pair of dills.
