The other thing is that PTrackERS will have no DRP, as opposed to PGF. So if compounding through the DRP is important to you, that may be an issue. Also, it will be some time before PTrackERS scale up dividends and franking, so if you are choosing between the two, you'd want to take that into account.

Pay your money and take your choice. Paul is a top flight manager either way.

Oil and Occam you raise some interesting points , you are obviously experienced in this space. i am new to this whole /capital management / LIC / Fund/ game.
i am also looking at WCM Quality Global LIC. Lge US based with huge FUM. I'm sure you are across that one as well Occam. PDS out now. I'm a little spooked by the us mkt which seems to be at historical high valuations. i read a report just recently from a successful WA based fund manager and they seemed unperturbed saying "the us mkt is trading at average historical PE valuations around 16."
Other commentary i have read is scary.
