You are correct on the “stitch in time”.
Morrison’s other “Catastrophe” is his inaction on the Drought which will be much more devastating than the burnt scrub and loss of homes and lives.
He hasn’t seen anything let when it comes to catastrophe.
He’s a clueless git that only knows how to close the gate after the horse has bolted...... and even then he is next to useless.
