Depending on which day it is, the COALition is pushing SMRs or baseload nuclear . Seems they can't make their minds up.

Recently they were talking up repowering baseload coal sites and utilising existing services and connections .

You would think that the owners of these baseload stations would be keen to embrace this concept .

But none of them are .

lnstead they are all exiting coal and going with renewables . About all they're using the existing sites for is grid batteries.

l wonder why ?
