Based on the speculation on the last announcement, "DFS being finalised".... "not progressing". Let's say DFS has been completed in April, but hasn't been announced in the market..... legally Dean Can't tell anyone (including his family members) that DFS has been completed. Only 4 groups know about this; Sentinent, NFC/Arccon, particular Chinese bank & Board of MMC. Good Luck.
