I think on the small volumes it is retail investors who have lost hope and figure selling at a loss and moving on to better growth opportunities is the way to go. The delay after delay and excuses or lack of from management has to have worn down even the most optimistic people (maybe except for Doc).

It would be nice to have some transparent communication which helps encourage investment rather than what has been occurring of late. I myself am in a quadary as to whether to average down further or look elsewhere. I have some cash but am not sure anymore.
