Marengo shows Private Equity like characteristics. I am sure they have to communicate with major shareholders on a regular basis, well simply because they have to. It is questionable why they decided to be publicly listed in the first place since they are reluctant to make least effort to communicate with retail shareholders who only own about 20% of shares.
