The increase was granted by an "independant" review board.
So some one some where thinks they all deserved a pay rise? For what I ask? Have any of them of either side showed any increase in their productivity to DESERVE an increase? Meanwhile all other "Public Servants" have had their pay rates frozen haven't they to save money?
All the pollies are getting the 2.5% increase, including the Coalition MP's. So wouldn't it be nice if the Independants stood and said no way, or if Tony Abbott stood up and said no way...
And you know what stinks more than that...is that when all these good for nothing useless Labor MP's get booted in September, including gillard and our World's Best Treasurer, they get their pension based on the new rate of pay as of July the First after an election 6 weeks later! Not on the money they have "earned" no sireee, they get the big one!
